- What does the future hold?
- Epidemics follow a logistics curve
- Starts out with exponential growth, followed by saturation which leads to a flattening
- We are looking for the inflection point. That is when it will start to get better
- How can you stay safe?
- Reduced exposure, Hygiene, Immune system strength, Health care capacity

- A disease has a percentage chance of infecting someone, based on their distance
- For COVID-19, the radius is said to be 3ft/1m
- The infection rate comes down to infection percent * people encountered
- Encounter fewer people and your risk goes down linearly
- Reduce your chances of infection and you can significantly improve your odds of staying away from it
- Social distancing - staying away from people, especially groups
- Following good hygiene practices

- Germs stick to the oils in your hands
